The ICC ought to suspend these wararnts so that Ugnadans have an opportunity to exercise their traditional form of justice. We lose nothing if it fails to produce results. Hopefully within a year the peace deal can be signed and the rebels can be disarmed and disbanded. Perhaps after 12 months we in the west will have raised a significant sum for a bounty. :)
